Marissa Taylor

A bit about me:

I have 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry. I have worked in-house in government Recruitment and HR teams, as well as externally both in Wellington and Toronto based recruitment agencies. With a BSc in Psychology, my recruitment background includes contract and permanent candidate sourcing, as well as working with in-house psychologists, coordinating and administering psychometric testing for recruitment purposes. I have extensive candidate management experience and most recently enjoy working more closely with our fantastic public sector clients as a Senior Consultant – Contracting. Every day I strive to offer a positive, empathetic and efficient service to candidates and clients.

When she’s not working:

Marissa loves cooking and eating out in wonderful Wellington. She’s also an active football player, and holds her team’s left midfield position.

As if she’s not busy enough, Marissa loves her art and paints when she can. Inspired by Wellington’s amazing bush walks, Marissa has set a goal for herself to one day get through all of them. She also recently ran a marathon, raising money for the Mental Health Foundation.
