A bit about me:
Kate began her recruitment journey with Alpha and The Johnson Group in January 2019 following a career in legislation and sales. She has a legal and sales background working for various public and private sector organisations.
Kate specialises in human resources, procurement and property positions across permanent, fixed term, contract and temporary positions.
Kate began at consultant level and quickly rose to becoming a Lead Consultant based on exceptional match making skills. Kate loves working at Alpha and The Johnson Group because of the fantastic high level candidate and client ethics the companies have.
Kate is driven by her passion for finding talent, matchmaking and getting the best possible results for clients and candidates alike. She loves being a true advocate for candidates and providing general recruitment advice and helping them find their dream role! Kate is driven to provide the very best client and candidate care in the market.
