A bit about me:
After working in recruitment for a year, I moved to Alpha and the Johnson Group in 2023 specialising in recruiting for Accounting, Finance, and Contact Center roles.
My background prior to recruitment was as a Personal and Team Assistant in a Finance Team within Government.
To me recruitment is about building relationships and fostering trust.
It’s changing people’s lives by understanding individual strengths and requirements.
It’s changing workplaces by enabling employers to hire top talent every time.
It’s partnering with our candidates and clients to make the recruitment process more streamlined and transparent.
I love that Alpha allows me to focus on understanding what makes my candidates tick, and spend time understanding the needs of my clients.

When I’m not working, I can be found painting, making wine with my family, knitting on public transport, or enjoying a beer with friends.
