As the founding director I’ve had the privilege of getting to know many of you over the past 13 years.

Since joining the recruitment industry in 1999, I have learned a great deal about the Wellington labour market; designing effective recruitment solutions; implementing strategies that deliver quality results; and what it takes to grow a diverse and skilled workforce.

My commitment is to build a New Zealand workforce that is more productive, provides great career opportunities and improved outcomes for all New Zealanders.

As a non-executive director I love working on our business strategy and supporting Campbell and the team to give you the best possible service.
