We work with some of the largest and most prestigious employment law firms and teams in New Zealand. Generally we look for people with a good mix of contentious (ie disciplinary, mediation and ERA experience) and non-contentious (ie providing advice on employment agreements, restructuring and redundancies). At a junior level, you can move into employment provided you have some experience in the area with experience in general civil litigation.
