Campbell Hepburn Managing Director

 

 Campbell has an extensive recruitment industry back ground spanning over 14 years to a National General Management level within a multi-national recruitment firm. Having worked off shore with the government on strategic skills issues, managed large national recruitment teams, developed General Management skills and completed The Hillary Leadership Development programme through The University of Auckland, Campbell is committed to the recruitment industry, the people he leads, effectively managing a SME business and making a positive contribution to New Zealand workforce issues.
Grant Cathro Non-Executive Director Grant's expertise is in Information Management, with a focus on the use of management information for performance monitoring and organisational efficiency. He has managed information systems development as an IT professional for both the private and public sector, and is now working to establish Information Management practice areas within the business.
Leigh Johnson Executive Director The founding director of The Johnson Group, Leigh is in her 12th year of working in the recruitment industry, focussing solely on the public sector. She's committed to making a valued contribution to the public sector, a passion demonstrated through her involvement with a range of public sector communities and associations. Considered a ‘thought leader’ amongst her industry peers, she is on the New Zealand Council for the RCSA.

Doug Bailey Doug is a consultant with Russell McVeagh. He is a leading practitioner in public law and policy. Specialising in policy analysis and government relations, Doug has an extensive experience of policy development and the political and policy process. In the course of almost 30 years of involvement with the state sector and successive political administrations, he has developed an extensive network of relationships with officials, Members of Parliament and their political advisors. He is a member of the New Zealand Law Society Rule of Law Committee, the Legal Aid Tribunal and the Multi-Region Ethics Committee.

 

Ross Tanner

Ross  is a  professional director, and a consultant specialising in public sector management and governance. He is an experienced organizational strategist, and provides independent advice to Boards on improvements to governance arrangements, and mentoring advice to chief executives in the State sector.  

Ross serves on the board of a listed Australasian company that specializes in software for the primary health sector, and on the board of a Crown company in New Zealand.   He also contributes his time and skills on a number of not- for-profit organisation Boards. He was President of the Institute of Public Administration New Zealand (IPANZ) from 2006 to 2009. In 2004 he was appointed as an Honorary Fellow at the School of Government at Victoria University of Wellington.
