The Institute of Public Administration New Zealand (IPANZ) is a voluntary, non-profit organisation committed to promoting improvements in public policy and in administration and management in the public sector in New Zealand, and to increasing public understanding of the work undertaken in the public sector.
The New Zealand Public Service Association is a democratic union representing the interests of around 57,000 members working in government departments, local government, the health sector, crown agencies, state-owned enterprises and community and government-funded agencies.

The Equal Employment Opportunities Trust is a not-for-profit organisation tasked with providing EEO information and tools to employers and raising awareness of diversity issues in New Zealand workplaces.
