Dave on KEA, talking about life as a migrant to New Zealand

We arrived at work this morning to discover the latest KEA newsletter in our inboxes - and who do you think was the profiled member? Why, our very own Dave Wish, The Johnson Group's Senior Recruitment Consultant. Dave migrated to New Zealand from the UK, and is loving his life here--it's a shame, though, about the weather right now!

KEA New Zealand is a global talent network, and exists to help you connect with more than 25,000 talented New Zealanders around the world. If you're a member, you've probably already seen Dave's profile in the newsletter, but if not, here are some of our favourite answers from his interview:

The best thing about my job is... The opportunity to make a positive difference to people and the ability to engage, exchange information and potentially influence policy-makers and leaders.

Most inspirational New Zealander: Richie McCaw – lives his life (in rugby terms) on the edge of the rules – outstanding and I have to have massive respect (grudgingly!)

The best piece of business advice I’ve been given is... 2 Ears, 1 Mouth – we’re all given them in that proportion for a reason!
